Open the Telangana RERA site and read the quarterly progress reports for the project you like. They show how much money has been collected, how much work is done and whether the completion date has been moved.
Visit a finished project by the same builder if there is one. Talk to residents about build quality, water, lifts and how the owners' association is run. Ask the sales team for the names of banks that have approved the project and for the sanction letters.
